To be successful, partners need to think, work, and engage differently. Continuous improvement and innovation are the keys to creating new “value” offerings to enable customers success.
At the Partner Summit in October 2020, Cisco announced their new channel program and added the requirement that all Gold Partners must be Customer Experienced Certified by January 7, 2022.
LIFT’s Partner Adoption Quickstart (PAQ) program is the only program that is focused on building new capabilities and embedding these competencies into the core capabilities of your organization.
LIFT has pioneered adoption services and for the past six years has been transforming how partners work with customers. We have trained over 600 partners organizations on adoption services and have engaged with over 30 partners in the US and Canada to build their lifecycle practices and achieve their Customer Experience and Advanced Customer Experience Certifications.
vPAQ is a virtual Partner Adoption Quickstart program that focuses on helping partners in the following areas:
- Organizational Impact
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Selection and Pipeline
- Offer Development
- Customer Engagement
- Quarterly Success Reports (QSRs)
- Cisco’s Customer Experience Specialization Application
Over the course of the program, partners are provided with valuable templates including customer success plans, customer references, a lifecycle business plan, and lifecycle practice presentation. The program culminates in the partner applying what they have learned throughout the program to present their lifecycle practice to the program sponsor.
