  • vPAQ: Our Virtual PAQ program is offered cohort-style, four-times-a-year, in nine-week increments. The program includes both online and recorded sessions and is targeted to helping partners who want to become CX-certified.
  • Partner Adoption QuickStart (PAQ): PAQ is conducted over 12 weeks via live online weekly sessions. It is customizable to align with each partner’s unique needs and processes and can be used by those who are already CX-certified or are seeking certification.
  • PAQ 2.0: Our PAQ 2.0 program is an advanced engagement that takes place weekly over three-to-six months. It is designed for partners who already have a lifecycle practice and wish to add onto it or prepare for a CX audit.
